We bring a luxury full service experience from the moment you book up until the day of your wedding; helping to guide and support you along the way. Having been in the wedding industry for over two decades, Danielle has undeniable experience when it comes to curating the perfect stress-free experience for her clients. It’s really important to build a rapport with your artist. Set up a complimentary phone consultation with Danielle so that you can get to know us better and we can learn more about your wedding day and your vision towards the makeup and hair of your dreams.

If you are happy to move forward, a contract is drawn up and emailed to you via a secure program that we use. You can review and sign online, saving a PDF copy for yourself afterwards. An invoice is emailed and once the deposit is paid in full your wedding day is secured.

A detailed email is sent out confirming your wedding date once the contract has been signed and the booking deposit has been retained. To help guide our bride’s along this exciting journey leading up to the wedding day we also include a link to our bridal guide which provides a 12 month countdown of makeup and hair tips from the moment of booking all the way to their I Do’s.

Bridal trials are held at Danielle’s studio location in The Beaches, Toronto. Trials for makeup OR hair packages are 1-1.5 hours long. Trials for Makeup AND Hair packages are 2-3 hours long. Trials are booked during the weekdays, and we typically recommend booking your trial 2-3 months before the wedding day.

A final detailed update is sent out two weeks before the wedding day. Confirmation of the details is required, along with makeup and hair inspiration pics from your bridal party so that we can review ahead of time and make suggestions if needed, greatly reducing the chance of any delays on the wedding day. A final detailed timeline is provided at this time and shared with any of your preferred wedding guests and vendors.

We always arrive 15mins before our start time so that we can set up and prepare our work spaces. Following our prepared timeline and using your inspo pics as a guide, we move through each service in a timely fashion, providing a stree-free experience for everyone. The West & Co. Team not only provides beautiful soft glam looks, but they also bring the vibes! We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
