We are based in East Toronto and provide services all over the GTA and the surrounding areas. Complimentary travel is included for all preparation locations in downtown Toronto. For all locations outside of downtown Toronto and locations outside downtown East Toronto on weekdays a modest travel fee is applied. Travel fees are determined by the roundtrip travel time, km’s, mileage and gas expenses. For locations further than 2+ hrs from Toronto overnight accommodation may be required. Destination weddings are booked at day rates and include additional travel fees. Please inquire for more details.
Bridal Makeup and Hair Packages include a 2-3hr bridal trial and consultation, false lashes, clip in hair extension styling/applying (hair extensions provided by client), hair donuts/filler if required, a collagen eye mask the morning of your wedding and a mini touch up kit to keep you feeling fresh all day. Makeup or Hair only trials are 1-1.5hrs long. Makeup only packages include the trial, false lashes, a collagen eye mask and a mini touch up kit. Hair Only packages include the trial, clip in hair extension styling/applying and hair donuts/filler if required.
At West & Co. we have a sizeable team of hair and makeup artists that been handpicked by Danielle for their years of experience, and their love and dedication to the wedding industry. To ensure you have a relaxing getting ready experience we book enough artists to ensure everyone is ready on time with no need to feel rushed. A minimum of 4 services per artist is required.
We offer hourly packages that include unlimited touch ups or look changes for the Bride. Prefer to have an artist return later in the day? We have flat rate packages that include our travel to return to your preparation location to provide touch ups or a look change for the evening.
All weddings and special events located outside of downtown East Toronto require a $1000 minimum booking amount.
One artist is provided for up to 6 services. We have a 4 service minimum per artist. There are no additional charges for extra artists when the minimum services are met.
We require a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer to secure your wedding/special event.
All wedding/special events with a start time before 7:30am require an early start fee. Early start fees are per artist and quoted based on the start/departure time required.
Cancelled services incur a $250 administration fee. All weddings/events cancelled 90 days or less prior to the event will be charged the balance in full. Deposits may be transferrable onto a new date based on availability at the time of request. Original contract rates are not guaranteed and may change without notice. All non-bridal events require 72hrs notice for cancellation.
